The WINNING TEAM is responsible for recording the score and should do so by 10:00am on Monday morning. In the event of a tie, the home team is responsible for recording the score.

Referees will provide match reports to Rugby Oregon confirming scores and providing disciplinary information.

In the event of any potential concussion diagnoses, Rugby Oregon will communicate directly with the player's family regarding the concussion management process. Rugby Oregon will also inform the coaches of any potential diagnosis by the athletic trainer so that the coach can help ensure that the player and family have received all necessary information.
