Rugby Oregon

Columbia County is mobilizing to bring youth rugby to their community for the spring 2016 season. They are planning to have co-ed youth teams (grades 3 - 6) as well as boys and girls middle school teams (grades 7/8). 

Students in Grades 3/4 play Touch Rugby and students in grades 5/6 play Ruck Touch Rugby. Neither version of these games incorporate the tackle. Students in grades 7 and 8 play Tackle Rugby.

Rugby Oregon will provide coach education for any and all who are interested in coaching.  Or, if you'd like to give your hand a try at refereeing, we provide referee training as well.
